The single-sided CNC filter boring lathe is specially designed for processing filters, capable of machining end faces, waterlines, chamfers, boring operations, and sealing surfaces on the third side of filters.

Equipped with Huadian special CNC system (or Nanjing Huaxing/Guangzhou CNC system) for precise taper hole, thread, and spherical processing through dual-axis linkage
High-quality gray cast iron feed platform guide rail with triple tempering/aging and ultrasonic quenching (HRC55 hardness) for superior accuracy and stability
Precision ball screw transmission with gap elimination for smooth operation
Three-stage manual speed change power head with high-torque motor for heavy cutting loads
Hydraulic automatic clamping tooling for improved efficiency
Centralized lubrication system extends machine lifespan

Main Components

Includes bed, power head, CNC feed slide, CNC lateral feed cutter disc, hydraulic tooling, with independent electrical cabinet, hydraulic station, lubrication system, cooling/chip removal system, and high protection.
