Main features

 

The machine tool uses a cross coupling to drive the spline shaft transmission, and the drill rod position adjustment range is large. The machine tool can process products with multiple threaded holes on the same plane, such as valve mid-portions.

 

Equipment processing efficiency is high: During the machining process, the machine tool uses the No. 1 power head for longitudinal feed working mode to complete the drilling process of the thread bottom pattern, then the workpiece is moved by the transverse table to the second station, followed by the No. 2 power head completing the tapping process of the thread bottom pattern with longitudinal feed working, and this machining time only takes 1-2 minutes.

 

The equipment can reduce manual labor: Traditional tapping requires two processes of drilling the thread bottom hole and tapping, and requires the use of grinding tools to process one hole at a time, which greatly wastes time. This machine tool can complete the drilling and tapping work of multiple holes in one clamping.
