The machine tool is suitable for processing gate valves, water valves, and other components that require drilling at both ends, as well as threading in the middle.


Main features


The machine tool employs a PLC system for control, driven by hydraulics, and is capable of simultaneously processing two flange drilling, middle head drilling, and tapping operations.


The machine tool employs a method of operating three power heads simultaneously to complete the drilling of three planes and the tapping of the medium head, and it is capable of accomplishing this within the same time frame.


Reduce manual labor: The principle is to combine a double-sided multi-hole drill with a medium head drill attack integrated machine, by loading the workpiece in one go, the two flanges and medium head are processed simultaneously, which not only improves efficiency but also reduces the number of clamping operations. Operating 2-3 special machines can be done by one person.


High uniformity in processing dimensions: Due to the use of a PLC system control in this special-purpose machine, and through the use of dedicated tooling for positioning, only one tool setting is required to repeatedly process workpieces of the same model.
