This precision machining process utilizes CNC double-side turning to machine the sealing surfaces of forge steel valves, ensuring high dimensional accuracy, excellent flatness, and superior sealing performance.


Process: CNC double-side turning (simultaneous or sequential machining of both faces)
Material: Cast steel (e.g., WCB, LCB, WC6, or as specified)
Machined Feature: Valve sealing surface (flat, conical, or custom profile)
Surface Finish: Fine-machined (Ra ≤ 1.6 μm or as required) for optimal sealing
Dimensional Tolerance: Tight tolerances (±0.02 mm or per engineering drawing)
Sealing Integrity: Ensures leak-proof performance under high pressure/temperature

Applications:
Gate valves, globe valves, check valves, and other industrial valves
High-pressure & high-temperature (HPHT) fluid systems
